Mac: nothing is typed when I release the key

VoiceMerge needs Accessibility to type at the cursor. System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility → turn on VoiceMerge. If you upgraded from an earlier build with a different name, the grant has to be made again for the new app.

Mac: the first dictation takes a while

The speech model (about 1 GB) downloads on first launch; the menu shows progress. After that it loads in a second or two.

Mac: meetings don't capture the other side of the call

System audio capture needs macOS 14.2 or later and the System Audio Recording permission, which macOS asks for the first time you start a meeting. Check System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen & System Audio Recording.

iPhone: the keyboard's mic button does nothing

Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → VoiceMerge → turn on Allow Full Access. The keyboard needs it to receive the text from the app; it has no network code of its own.

Add a pack in Settings → Account, or switch Intelligence to On device or Your own keys — the app keeps working either way.

Delete my account

Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app removes your account and ledger. Unused credits are forfeited, so spend or ask for a refund first if you're within the store's refund window.
